After that time there are two levels of premium support: ADUP (Annual Design and Upgrade Package) which includes 1 year of the Parametric Optical Design Tools, technical support, all product updates and upgrades and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) which includes 1 year of technical support and library updates.
